Very poor customer experience, though a lot of their stuff looks nice. We wanted to buy a mirror for 165, but they had a 200 minimum for delivery. We said fine and picked a blanked we liked which brought us over the 200 threshold. Were told they'd need to \check\ could they deliver, and would call us back. Never called back. Went back a few weeks later, mirror still on display but with tag removed. Sales person expected it had been sold, but could not apparently confirm anything on their system at that moment and needed to speak to a colleague. We gave up and bought a mirror in Tamarindo, far more helpful.

Servicio post venta fatal. No compréis aquí. El canapé que compramos es defectuoso y niegan a cambiarlo. Ya han intentado hacer una chapuza para arreglarlo pero solo funcionó muy poco tiempo. Muy de satisfecha.

Un desastre de los 3 muebles que compramos 2 no paran de tener problemas, una cama de niño que los cajones se salen de las guías y no aguantan NADA de peso, hace 4meses que la hemos comprado y todos los meses le pasa algo, un sillón que se descosió al mes, un amigo se sentó y se partió una madera. En fin recomiendo que no compren en este sitio. El servicio post venta deja mucho que desear.
